Judge Riley: the good and the bad Empty Judge Riley: the good and the bad

Post  layperson Sun Feb 23, 2014 9:46 am

First of all: I wouldn't want to walk a mile in his shoes. This appears to me to be a terrible job - full of endless heartache.

I do not believe Judge Riley is a bad person, though it is true people are very much unimpressed with work.

With that said: this man seems to be feeding the pockets of every lawyer he can, by his reluctance to make a decision. He seems to send 80% of subjects away, hoping they will either give up, go away or go broke - before he has to make a ruling. This inaction is costing both his subjects and the taxpayers twice to three times the amount that it should.

My question to him would be - do you fully understand how much financial and emotional damage you are doing by you inability to do the next right thing?

Sending people away to spend more money on lawyers fees is not honorable. Be honorable my friend. Have courage, back bone, and uphold the laws that are clearly before you. Respect the labors of the lawyers before you - hear them out - and do your job. Continually put things off is putting undo burdens on your subjects and way too much money where it does not belong. Use your heart for love, tolerance and acceptance - hear them all out - and make a judgement. You'll feel better for it at the end of the day.

I don't think Ryley cares enough. He allows his temper to get the best of him too often and back himself into a corner. I have seen too much and know too many people who've been negatively affected by his actions. The man needs to be removed from the bench. He doesn't deserve the robe.

Judge Riley: the good and the bad Empty Thank you, Layperson

Post  God v Ryley Thu Apr 24, 2014 12:13 pm

So eloquently worded, Layperson.

If there is any justice in the world, Ryley will see his last day in court very soon. How much longer can the people stand it? How much longer can the staff members surrounding him stand it? Someone, sometime, HAS to take a stand and get him disrobed. He's too harmful to the state of MA. What kind of protection can these residents have, when they know that even with evidence and the law on their side, their judge goes above the law to protect the guilty? Why is Ryley so determined to protect lawbreaking citizens?
The innocent are so broke and scared from unnecessary lawyers fees, they don't appeal, and any story leaking out to the press will get back to Ryley and ultimately hurt their case. Reporting to the CJC, same thing. Can't someone on the staff do something??

God, I hope you're listening...

Judge Riley: the good and the bad Empty Are you listening, Ryley?

Post  Ryley has to answer Thu Aug 07, 2014 10:41 am

You may scare off subjects, staff, and lawyers within your courtroom from speaking out, but you havent scared me. You can't cause me more pain than you already have, so I'm going to say what I have to say publicaly. I have rightness on my side, and my voice should be heard. Truth ALWAYS prevails, and goodness always gets rewarded. I did not see justice in the case I witnessed unfolding over the past several years in your courtroom, only a biased judge who made illogical and emotional decisions throughout the case. What can I do but speak out and ask you publicly to reconsider your position as judge of men. We are absolutely broke from all the useless lawyers fees to fight you with any sort of appeals (just like you planned). You have not broken my spirit, though, and I will forever be protected by a higher judge than you. You are a DEEPLY troubled individual. You are trying your best, but I'm noticing that you are letting your misguided emotions get away with you. You need to address your pain with a professional therapist before you do another day in court. You look so tortured and pale, so Im certain you are not enjoying what you do. Your actions as judge have revealed to many that you have psychotic, sociopath tendancies. You alone have exacted such a vast amount of unwarrented psychological pain to the good people of the commonwealth, I cannot imagine how you sleep at night. You even have this forum to educate you, yet you ignore our voices. The only explanation I have, is that you must have a subconscious need to hurt others on a grand scale, as some sort of unatural retribution for something you experienced in your past. Some sort of unresolved trauma. It's only a testament to your intelligence and gift of diplomacy that you are still in your role as judge, after so many cases gone TRAGICALLY wrong in your courtroom (you know very well which cases Im talking about). You are very smart, and very subtle in your dealings with your cases. Like an abuser who only punches where it cannot be visible on his victims, you maneuver your cases with normalcy for enough of the rulings, that your real damage goes undetected. Every lawyer in the court system is terrorized and helpless in your court. They know they can not hope for real justice, only a smattering of justice here and there. You are not an impartial, unbiased judge, sir, and you know it very well. The allure of hurting so many people is too intoxicating for you to stop. You are externalizing your pain instead of resolving and healing it. You really must be in a lot of pain if you are at all aware of what I'm talking about yet still put on that robe everyday. I'm truly sorry for the pain you must obviously be feeling every day, but your reign of terror must end. You must retire or remove yourself early for your own sake. You are not well, Sir, and you need help. Please get help before you hurt anyone else, including yourself. I can only hope the damage you've already caused so many, needlessly, will somehow be healed someday. Let the destruction stop, and the healing begin.

Judge Riley: the good and the bad Empty It's not about the kids ... it's about who he knows and likes

Post  CapeCodDaddy Sat Feb 28, 2015 5:40 pm

Without going into way too much detail ... bottom line, Riley does not care about what's in the best interest of the kids ... it's all who he knows ... I have pages and pages of "WTF?!?!?" about some of his decisions ... including lawyers who have told me the same ... it's just a sad, sad state of affairs with no one looking out for the kids ... just their own wallets
