Judge rules custody of Justina Pelletier to remain with Massachusetts DCF

Post  Admin on Tue Mar 25, 2014 11:45 pm

This ruling came down today. It is amazing to think about the power that the state and DCF possesses.

This is the most disturbing case in the history of all child welfare cases. It is kidnapping perpetrated by a Government. The sad part is that it happens everyday, in a less public way. Your children belong to the State...don't forget that!

I would expect this to go to the Federal Courts. I can't see Federal Judges siding with the Commonwealth on this one. Parents have a fundamental right to raise their children without interference from the Government. The State's arguments of neglect are weak at best. For those who have read the case file, it is another example of Massachusetts showing it's stubborn liberal agenda. Were the Pelletier's angry and did they exhibit erratic behavior AFTER their child was taken...YES, but wouldn't you? Their child was just taken away from them for no good reason. There are ZERO reports of neglect or abuse prior to them bringing their daughter to Boston. DCF would not interview family or friends who have maintained that the Pelletiers were excellent parents. Yet DCF spun the case into something that it was not and took their child. Medical professionals from Tufts, the original hospital caring for Justina, were ignored. In the wake of the DCF turmoil right now, Massachusetts has circled the wagons and are protecting their own and the way they conduct business. Massachusetts is the best example of big government at work. They have no right in the life of the Pelletiers and are killing that little girl. Perhaps, that is their end game?

The state police have now opened a criminal investigation against the Pelletiers for the alleged "threats" made last year! I hope Alan Dershowitz takes this case and brings DCF and the State down. This might be one of the biggest travesties of justice I've ever seen.
