Unfair judgment to a mother and her child Empty Unfair judgment to a mother and her child

I got divorced in judge's arthur Ryle court room and it was the most disappointing and horrifying time in my life. I initially filed for divorce cuz my ex husband beat me up and my 3 yr old son. My ex husband acquired three houses during our marriage and he controlled all our finances. Eventhough the deed of the properties were all in his name, I still believed that according to Massachusetts law, the assets acquired during marriage should be split in Half. I initially requested from judge to give a house so me and my son can live its but my ex husband wouldn't agree to anything and instead of judge Ryle making a decision based on evidence shown , he made me go through an expensive trial that took about more than a year and in the end. Judge Ryle decided that my ex husband should keep two properties that r paid in full w our money and the marital home where I reside w my son is to put up for sale. as of now i am losing my home very soon w no where to go w a child. Through out the whole trial judge Ryle favored my ex husband giving him more time and did not take any evidence submitted by my lawyer into consideration . Judge Ryle doesn't favor women in anyway. In fact my ex husband is in contempt of court right now and no matter how many letters my lawyer sends him, he doesn't respond. I believe that my ex husband remorgaged our marital home to take a loan from bank during trial last year and until now I have no idea how much my ex husband ows on the house . I am also trying to relocate w my child to a different state so i can move in w my parents cuz I have no job or a place to stay . Can anyone plz tell what I should. I am affraid of going back in front of the same judge who gave my ex husband everything and left me and my son w nothing. judge allow my ex husband unsupervised visitation even though there is a history of abuse toward my child.

Judge Ryley is not known as a man-friendly judge. I'm very surprised to hear that he has been so accommodating to your ex-husband. If your ex-husband truly has the resources to litigate and you do not, you are at an unfair disadvantage and I would think the judge would have to make concessions and efforts to level the playing field.

It is a very common theme that people are afraid to go back in front of Ryley because of his unfair and abusive behavior. I wouldn't be surprised if his next move would be to threaten you with DCF or taking custody of your child away. He is notorious for this when he want to exert his power in the Court. He abuses his power and discretion often.

Regarding removing a child from the State, you should really seek the advise of an attorney. Removal, without approval, is a very serious action that could have serious consequences. If you are left with no other options, the Judge may allow it. However, a Judge would want to see all other efforts exhausted before allowing a parent to remove a child.

I find the only consistency between all of these complaints about Ryley is that he sides with the wrongdoers, consistently. It's alarming the more you hear about him. It doesn't matter whether they are male OR female...he sides with the guilty and wrong, and gives them the advantage...consistently!! The innocent are too beaten down to fight his unjust rulings, for fear they have 7 more years until he retires from the bench and will only then step down as your judge in your family's case. That's it. 7 more years of terror, assigned to your case. Evidence doesnt even matter to Ryley. I dont have any logical explanation as to why, but its a fact nontheless. Ryley assists the bad side...consistently. It is a common theme. The worst theme. If he consistently showed favor for male or female, he'd have been caught by now as a sexist, but that's not the case. He is a gift to the bad, and a monster to the good. He abuses his power to cause unnecessary favor to the guilty. He's on the wrong side, always. it's sick and chaotic. Not to mention the excessive cost he's causing the taxpayers with all these cases running out of control. Doesn't he have a boss?
